Often you generate reports, log and support info from 3CX console wait for email. In restricted environment with no internet connection, there is no chance or getting email. Or sometimes simply email not arrive. In such cases try to get it here.
reports path is:
Windows OS: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Reports
Linux OS: var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Reports
If you want to generate support info it will be located here :
Windows OS : C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\WebSitesTemp
Linux OS: var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/WebSitesTemp
