Sometimes IP Office locks entire configuration mostly after replacing a damaged unit . You can just reset security settings on IP office manager . Menu -> Advanced -> Erase security setting . ( screenshot attached ) Take a backup before doing this operation , eventhough it seldom creates any problem . Password after resetting will be User : Administrator Password : Administrator
