Sometimes it is important for you give another DHCP scope for Global VPN clients for Sonicwall . Use DHCP dynamic scope as usual and only make sure you set “Relay IP Address” to IP adddress of new DHCP scope . ( for example if your range is 172.16.16.10 – 172.16.16.90 ) put relay IP address as 172.116.16.10  . See the picture below .
